A mid-market SaaS provider in the supply chain logistics space operating across North America.

The Challenge

The client faced chronic bottlenecks in their go-to-market execution due to a fragmented visual identity and a lack of standardized design components. Marketing teams were manually creating one-off graphics for every campaign, leading to inconsistent brand representation and excessive turnaround times.

Legacy assets were outdated and did not reflect the platform's recent enterprise-grade upgrades. This friction prevented the sales and demand generation teams from launching multi-channel campaigns at the necessary velocity to compete with agile market entrants.

Our Approach

  • Conducted a comprehensive audit of existing marketing collateral and brand touchpoints.
  • Developed a modular master design system including typography, iconography, and color palettes.
  • Created a library of 50+ high-fidelity UI/UX product illustrations and abstract 3D elements.
  • Standardized templates for social media, white papers, and performance marketing displays.
  • Established a central digital asset management (DAM) taxonomy for rapid internal retrieval.
  • Drafted an updated brand guidebook focused on practical asset application for internal teams.

Execution

We delivered the project in three sprints: discovery and wireframing, core asset production, and template stress-testing. Using Figma as the primary collaborative environment, we ensured the client’s internal design team could provide real-time feedback and iterate on component functionality.

The final handoff was conducted via an organized cloud repository integrated with their project management software. We provided a series of Loom walkthroughs and a technical guide to ensure seamless adoption across the global marketing department.
